Factories aren’t built
for one unit.

Chinese factories have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) — the fewest units they’ll make in one run. Go direct and they’ll ask for 100–500 units. We negotiate around that so you only need one.

Setup costs the same whether you make 1 unit or 1,000 — so a single prototype looks expensive. It’s not the product. It’s the setup.
